1. Purpose and Scope
These General Booking Conditions govern the access, use and contracting of the tourist accommodation Masía de Cholito, a tourist residential property registered under number CV-VUT0048160-CS in the Tourism Registry of the Valencian Community.
Confirmation of a booking implies the guest's full and unconditional acceptance of all the clauses set out in this document.
2. Prices and Payment
2.1 Prices
All published prices include VAT and any other applicable taxes in accordance with current legislation. No hidden additional charges or supplements not indicated during the booking process will be applied.
2.2 Currency and Payment Method
- Payments are made exclusively in euros (EUR).
- Credit and/or debit cards are accepted.
- No additional fees or surcharges are applied for card payments.
2.3 Access Condition
Access to the property will only be permitted once the total amount of the booking has been fully paid. Access with any outstanding payments will not be permitted under any circumstances.
3. Security Deposit
In order to ensure the proper use and conservation of the property, a security deposit of €300 will be requested via card pre-authorisation at the time of check-in.
This pre-authorisation does not constitute an actual charge and will be released within a maximum of 5 calendar days after check-out, provided no damage, breakage, loss or breach of the accommodation rules has been detected.
Should any damage or incident attributable to the guest be identified, the property may execute the pre-authorisation charge in full or in part, after prior notification to the guest.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation by the Guest

4.2 No-Show
In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, 100% of the booking amount will be charged, with no right to a refund.
4.3 Date Change
A change of booking date may be requested by contacting the property directly. Any date change is subject to availability and must be accepted and confirmed in writing by the property. A date change is not guaranteed.
4.4 Force Majeure
In duly accredited and justified force majeure situations, the property will individually assess the possibility of a partial or full refund. However, the property strongly recommends that guests arrange their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
5. House Rules
Compliance with these rules is mandatory for all occupants of the accommodation.
5.1 Minimum Age
The booking holder must be 18 years of age or older. Minors may only stay at the property when accompanied by their legal guardians.
5.2 Celebrations and Events
The organisation of parties, events, celebrations or any kind of private or public gathering within the property is expressly prohibited. External visitors not registered as guests are permitted up to a maximum of 5 people, provided they have been previously communicated to and authorised by the property.
5.3 Mandatory Guest Registration
In compliance with current regulations on public safety, all occupants must be duly registered through the official SES Hospedaje system before accessing the property. The property will facilitate the registration process; however, it is the guest's responsibility to provide identity documentation for all occupants at the time of check-in.
6. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 17:00 h
- Check-out: before 11:00 h
Any variation to these times must be requested in advance and will be subject to availability and approval by the property.
7. Privacy Policy and Data Protection
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), the personal data provided by the guest during the booking process will be processed by David Adelanto Gual (Tax ID: 20243257Z) for the following purposes:
- Management of the booking and provision of the accommodation service.
- Compliance with legal obligations (including the registration of travellers via SES Hospedaje).
- Commercial and marketing communications, where applicable with the express consent of the data subject.
The data controller will not transfer data to third parties except where required by law. Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by contacting [email protected].

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed by current Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of this document, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Castellón, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
